The Ironworkers Apprenticeship Program is sponsored jointly by Ironworkers Local 16 and the IGEA of Baltimore. The Program is overseen by the joint apprenticeship training committee (JATC) consisting of three representatives from Ironworkers Local 16 and three representatives appointed by the IGEA from the signatory contractors.
